What's your cancellation policy?
Residential service is month-to-month. Reschedule or cancel free up to 48 hours before your visit from the app or by phone. Inside 48 hours a fee applies because the crew's time is already reserved.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free. That's our rescue protocol and there are no questions asked. Our owner also personally walks through your first and fourth visits.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, at no extra charge. HEPA backpack vacuums, a color-coded microfiber system laundered between every job, and EPA Safer Choice certified concentrates. If you'd rather we use your products, leave them out and note it on your booking.
