Good to know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients give us a door code, lockbox or key, all logged in a chain-of-custody record. You'll get a text when the crew arrives, and before/after photos in your account when they finish.
How is my price calculated?
By your home size tier and how often we visit — not by the hour. You see the exact total before you confirm and it does not change unless you ask us to do more. First visits are priced as a deep clean to bring the home to a maintainable baseline.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
A first visit is priced as a deep clean, about 35% above your recurring rate. It covers the built-up work a maintenance visit doesn't reach — baseboards, grout, inside appliances, vents. Every visit after that is at your normal recurring price.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, at no extra charge. HEPA backpack vacuums, a color-coded microfiber system laundered between every job, and EPA Safer Choice certified concentrates. If you'd rather we use your products, leave them out and note it on your booking.
Are you insured?
Our general liability policy is being put in place now, and it will be bound before we take our first job — ask us where it stands when you book and we will tell you straight. Every cleaner is an experienced independent contractor we vet personally and hold to a written service agreement before their first job.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
For recurring clients, yes. The same cleaner comes back each visit, so she learns your home and your preferences. If she is ever unavailable we brief the replacement with your notes and photos first.
